Dear Prospective Vendor:

You are cordially invited to participate in the First Annual Medina Cultural Heritage Day!

The event, scheduled for Saturday, August 29^th, 2009, will be a full day of art, entertainment, music, food, and activities from around the globe. The center of the MCHD will be the town square in historic downtown Medina, Ohio. Our mission is to promote and recognize the rich heritage and cultural diversity of our community, and to encourage social interaction and the enjoyment of family entertainment on the Medina Square

The event is expected to attract 10,000-15,000 in our first year. We are working with several large businesses for corporate underwriting, allowing us to promote and market MCHD locally and regionally.

For further information, I’ve enclosed a fact sheet and overview of the event.

The booth space is 12 feet x 12 feet. You will need to provide your own tables, tent, and supplies. If you plan to sell consumable products, a permit from the Medina Health Department is required unless you already have a mobile food license. An application for the permit is enclosed. Please submit your completed applications or questions regarding the permit directly to the Health Department.

Also enclosed for your convenience is: A vendor contract, a fee schedule, and a basic site map for the festival. Please complete and return the applicable forms if you are interested in being a part of this growing, family friendly festival.
