Shop at Participating Locations in Medina for a Chance to Win Prizes!

Shop small, shop local in Medina this winter … you may be rewarded with one or more exciting prizes including gift certificates, free coupons, gift baskets, or up to $250 in Main Street Medina Bucks to be drawn after the 2021 Medina Ice Festival, Feb. 19-22! Winners will be announced on Feb. 25, 2021.

Rules:

• Print this page, read the rules, then cut out and fold the card below (or get a loyalty card from any participating businesses). You must write your name and phone on the card.
• Present your loyalty card to participating businesses to get it stamped for the amount of the purchase. You must present the card at the time of each purchase. Online orders are included as long as you take the card with a receipt to the store to be stamped.
• Purchases must match or exceed each value listed on the card. Once your card is filled up at one or more locations, turn it in to any participating business by Monday, February 22, 2021 at 5 pm.
• You may turn in multiple, completed loyalty cards prior to and up to the deadline. Your card will be included in the drawing to take place after the Medina Ice Festival, Feb. 19-22. Winners will be announced on Thursday, Feb. 25. You do not need to be present to win. You will be contacted by phone to make arrangements to pick up your prize.
