Medina Fall Flowerpot Contest

Main Street Medina and the City of Medina present the "2024 Medina Fall Flowerpot Decorating Contest" sponsored by Boyert's Greenhouse & Farm. Businesses, residents, and organizations! Help decorate one of 75 flowerpots in the Historic & South Town Districts this fall. Who can create the most beautiful or whimsical decorations? Submit this Entry Form by Thursday, September 12 at 5pm! Let's dress Medina for the season!

Contest Rules:

Businesses where pots are located get first claim. Others may request a location on a first-come, first-served basis and will be notified by email about the pot size (large or small) and its location.
Decorating will start on Wednesday, Sept. 25 and must be completed by Friday, Sept. 27!
Pot decorations must be "fall themed" (fall flowers, plants, scarecrows, Halloween, etc.)
Any decorations which are controversial, profane, or promote your business may risk removal.
NOTE: The City requires that no business logos, names, items, etc. be used in any decorations.
Your pot will receive a number and QR Code, your business will be promoted on social media.
The MSM Design Committee will judge entries for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place winners by Sept. 28.
The People's Choice Award will be selected by the public and announced at the Fall Festival, Sept. 28.
Pots will remain on display until Nov. 1. You must remove your decorations by Tuesday, Nov. 5.
The City of Medina will not be responsible for holding decorations. They will be discarded on Nov. 6.

Prizes are as follows: 1st Prize-$75 Boyert's Gift Certificate, 2nd Prize & People's Choice Award-$50 Boyert's Gift Certificate, and 3rd Prize-$25 Boyert's Gift Certificate.
