Be sure to turn your completed Shopping card in at a participating location for your chance to win $100 in Medina Bucks! And, submit your completed Elves on Shelves form online for a chance to win more Medina Bucks!

Play "12 Days of Shopping Medina!"

RULES: 
  1. Pick up a "12 Days of Medina Shopping" card from the 27 participating merchants listed below.
  2. Purchase one or more each of the suggested items listed below from participating merchants (value must be over $5 each) between November 29 and December 22, 2022.
  3. Give your card to the merchant for verification until all 12 items are purchased.
  4. Submit your completed card by December 22 to one of the participating merchants.
  5. Your card will be entered into a drawing to win one of two $100 Medina Bucks gift certificates!​
  6. Drawing will be held on January 2, 2023. Winners will be notified the first week in January.
  7. Only one item per business location per card permitted.

  • 8th Day: Joyous Mom’s a Melting (Mom/Women Item)
  • 9th Day: Happy Daddy Dancing (Dad/Men Item)
  • 10th Day: Treats for Keeping (Sweet or Snack Item)
  • 11th Day: Gift for Swapping (Any Gift Item)
  • 12th Day: Drink for Drinking (Beverage Item)

Elves on Shelves" are hiding in Medina businesses again this holiday season! Find just 12 Elves and their correct Elf Names to be entered into a drawing to win Medina Bucks!

TO PLAY, complete and submit this form HERE by Dec. 31, 2022. The drawings will take place on Jan. 2, 2022. Elves' locations and names are listed on the form.
 
RULES:
1. Go to any of the 24 participating locations. NOTE: You only need to visit 12 locations.
2. Select "Location 1" on the dropdown list below.
3. Find the Location 1 Elf hiding in the location's window or among the holiday decor. NOTE: Elves may be different than the one shown above.
4. Select the "Location 1 Elf Name" from the dropdown list.
5. Repeat until you MATCH 12 Locations with 12 Elves' names.
6. Answer these questions: Your Name? Email Address? Mailing Address?
