Pick up your card at participating locations (see full listing below). Put your name and phone number on the front of the card. For each purchase of $25 or more now through July 31, 2025, you'll receive a color logo sticker or "bingo marker." Place five stickers on your card to get "Bingo." A "Bingo" in this case is five stickers along a vertical row, or five stickers along a horizontal row, or five stickers diagonally (left or right and through the center spot). Once you get a "BINGO!" return the card to a participating location so you can be entered into the drawing for $500!* You must submit your completed card by July 31!

Allysen shared this story: “During those early, exhausting weeks of maternity leave, even something as simple as getting out of the house took real effort. The Main Street Medina bingo card gave me the motivation I didn’t know I needed—to step outside, explore my hometown again, and start sharing it with my daughter, Aila. While the prize was technically for completing the bingo board, it feels more like a reward for showing up—for pushing through those challenging newborn days and creating special moments in a place that means so much to me. I’m so grateful for the prize, and I’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of the beautiful square and support local businesses.”
