Can I leave the event and then re-enter?
The year's event will include space inside and outside; however, beer fest guests leaving the event, other than to enjoy the designated outdoor area, will be required to remove their beer fest wristbands prior to leaving the venue and will NOT be allowed to re-enter the beer fest per our liquor permit requirements.
I want to be a sponsor!
Fantastic! Please check out our sponsorship page here for details on the sponsorship levels available for this year’s event. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail [email protected].
Where can I find a beer list?
As we receive commitments from breweries, we will update the list on the beer fest page and will announce those in updates via our social media channels. The current beer list will be posted to the website and available closer to the event date.
When does pouring stop?
Last call will be at 10pm and last pour will be at 10:15pm.
Will any of the beers run out?
Beers may run out towards the latter part of the evening. Why? For a variety of reasons: some beers appeal to the sampling appetites of many, and therefore are consumed more frequently. If you are coming to taste specific beers, we recommend you come earlier in the event and visit those breweries first. The beer is ordered and provided so that the most number of people can try them.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. The Beer Fest is indoors and will occur regardless of the normal spring weather conditions. If you cannot attend for any reason, you may give your ticket to someone else by sending them the QR code ticket through Eventbrite. You do not need to do anything special to transfer your ticket to another attendee's name. Purchaser name will not be checked against ID-holder name at the gate. Main Street Medina is not responsible for the transferring of tickets, and guests looking to attend the Medina Beer Fest should only purchase tickets through the Eventbrite site linked above.
Is there any food on site?
This year there will be a variety of food offered by Partake Kitchen. Each paid admission includes 1 food ticket that is ONLY redeemable at Partake Kitchen. Additional food tickets will be available to purchase after 7:30pm at a cost of $7. There will also be additional food vendors onsite offering food for purchase.
Can I bring outside food and beverage into the venue?
The only outside food and beverage permitted into the event are sealed bottles of water and pretzel necklaces. Additional food tickets will be available to purchase after 7:30pm at a cost of $7.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor area, at least 25 feet from the Fairgrounds buildings. There are signs posted around the exterior of the building reminding guests of this.
Is there a bag policy?
No, but please note that “All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.”
Can I bring my child with me?
Every person inside the event must be 21 or older due to the nature of the event and our permit. No one under 21 is allowed at this event.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Animals are not allowed at the event except for ADA recognized service animals while performing their qualifying services. Service animals are working animals, NOT pets. Emotional Support Animals or Companion Animals are not considered service animals under the ADA. We reserve the right to ask you to confirm that your animal is a service animal and ask what specific duties it performs. If you refuse to respond or choose not to communicate that information, we reserve the right to deny entry to your service animal.
