The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, laws, safety announcements, and regulations while attending the event. Breach of these conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable Main Street Medina, its security personnel, volunteers, staff, or event organizers to eject the attendee from the event site without refund. Do you accept debit and credit card, or is there an ATM onsite?
YES to both!  There are ATMs inside the Community Center building.  Additionally, we will accept cash, or debit or credit cards, for the purchase of additional beer tasting or food tickets, merchandise, raffle tickets, etc.

Can I park at the Medina County Fairgrounds?
YES!  There is now onsite parking at the event venue.

Will there be parking shuttles for the event?
No, as there is now onsite parking, we will not have parking shuttles running for this event.  Alternatively, rideshare services may be used and pick-up & drop-off should be to the front entrance of the Medina County Fairgrounds Community Center.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. All festival attendees must be 21 or older to enter, even if they are designated drivers and are not drinking. No matter what your age, a valid government ID may be required for entry, with NO exceptions.

Can I leave the event and then re-enter?
The year's event will include space inside and outside; however, beer fest guests leaving the event, other than to enjoy the designated outdoor area, will be required to remove their beer fest wristbands prior to leaving the venue and will NOT be allowed to re-enter the beer fest per our liquor permit requirements.

I want to be a sponsor!
Fantastic!  Please check out our sponsorship page here for details on the sponsorship levels available for this year’s event.  CLICK HERE

Where can I find a list of participating breweries, distilleries and wineries?
As we receive commitments, we will update the list on the beer fest page and will announce those in updates via our social media channels.  The current beer list will be posted to the website and available closer to the event date.

When does pouring stop?
Last call will be at 9pm and last pour will be at 9:15pm.

Will any of the products run out?
Products may run out towards the latter part of the evening. Why? For a variety of reasons: some items appeal to the sampling appetites of many and therefore are consumed more frequently.  If you are coming to taste specific beers, we recommend you come earlier in the event and visit those breweries first. The beer is ordered and provided so that the greatest number of people can try them.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  The Beer Fest is indoors and will occur regardless of the normal spring weather conditions. If you cannot attend for any reason, you may give your ticket to someone else by sending them the QR code ticket through Eventbrite.  You do not need to do anything special to transfer your ticket to another attendee's name. Purchaser name will not be checked against ID-holder name at the gate.  Main Street Medina is not responsible for the transferring of tickets, and guests looking to attend the Medina Beer Fest should only purchase tickets through the Eventbrite site linked above.

Is there any food on site?
Multiple Food Trucks will be on site with a variety of food options for sale.

Can I bring outside food and beverage into the venue?
No.

Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor area, at least 25 feet from the Fairgrounds buildings.  There are signs posted around the exterior of the building reminding guests of this.

Is there a bag policy?
No, but please note that “All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.”

Can I bring my child with me?
Every person inside the event must be 21 or older due to the nature of the event and our permit.  No one under 21 is allowed at this event.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Animals are not allowed at the event except for ADA recognized service animals while performing their qualifying services. Service animals are working animals, NOT pets. Emotional Support Animals or Companion Animals are not considered service animals under the ADA. We reserve the right to ask you to confirm that your animal is a service animal and ask what specific duties it performs. If you refuse to respond or choose not to communicate that information, we reserve the right to deny entry to your service animal.
