- Raise Awareness and Community Impact of Our Mission
Develop a marketing campaign to improve Main Street Medina’s awareness in the community; drive memberships and volunteerism; increase partnerships with key organizations; and promote Medina as a premier visitor destination using outsourced support. - Diversify Funding Sources and Improve Efficiencies
Develop funding and investment strategies to sustain and advance the organization; evaluate cost/benefits of activities; and outsource fundraising to balance staff time and work plan goals. - Support Committees and Work Plan Goals
Continue physical improvements of the Historic and South Town Districts; attract visitors through signature events, promotions and partnership activities; and support businesses and attract business investment within the MSM Footprint. - Target South Town as an Arts & Entertainment District
Advance the South Town Design Plan and communicate its vision and connection to City’s Comprehensive Plan; secure investments for development; and enhance the visitor experience.
